The WonderCX Server automatically manages all internal workspace storage. Clients connect securely to the Server without requiring any database setup on agent computers. Keep the Server application active; closing its window keeps it running in the system tray until Quit WonderCX.
Reports offer date presets or inclusive custom ranges up to 366 days, scoped queue/channel filters, service-level targets, daily volumes, wait/handle time, CSAT, and matching formula-safe CSV exports. Paged worklists and customer history do not imply certified capacity.
Per-user notification preferences control in-app toasts, desktop notifications, categories, and event sounds. Background event sounds default off; incoming-call ringing has its own setting. Server attachment retention can be configured for Chat, Social, and Voice; Email and SMS/WhatsApp retain separate policies. Expiry removes eligible saved bytes but not transcripts, provider copies, or previously exported backups.
Reviewed address-linked erasure covers up to 100 exact Email or SMS/WhatsApp matches. Holds, hidden/open records, and unresolved work block the batch. Protect retained JSON migration/recovery copies and OS-keystore material separately. Independent audit checkpoints need independently trusted custody; they are not an immutable ledger or compliance certification.
