Administrators add direct Facebook Messenger, Instagram Login, LINE, Telegram, or Microsoft Teams accounts in Settings. Teams is limited to single-tenant public-cloud personal text chats, not general channels, meetings, voice, or files.
Configured connectors can intake and send supported private messages; explicitly configured Telegram/LINE groups and Facebook/Instagram public-comment replies have separate permissions, media contracts, and provider reply windows. Confirm each provider account and callback before use; connector code is not live-provider certification.
The Social care UI can display local sentiment labels and record local like/hide/unhide or public-to-private transition state. Those controls currently do not call the social provider, so they do not actually like, hide, unhide, or move a post/thread remotely. The Public post publishing workspace can hold drafts and review choices, but its dispatch path does not publish a post to Facebook. Treat those UI actions as unavailable until provider operations are implemented.
X and LinkedIn access contracts and live customer-provider qualification remain outstanding. Review /docs/CONFIGURATION.md and /docs/SOCIAL-QUALIFICATION.md for supported contracts, access approval, media hosting, and authorized staging checks. Do not assume universal social coverage.
