WonderCX is a self-hosted contact center distributed as two automated installers: WonderCX Server and WonderCX Client. Use standalone mode on one computer, or one Server with connected Clients across your team.
The WonderCX Server installer automatically provisions your central workspace, internal data storage, user accounts, and channel connectors. Keep the Server host running to receive incoming customer interactions.
Install WonderCX Client on agent computers to connect directly to the Server.
